چکیده
Milk adulteration is a common phenomenon in many countries, which draws extensive attention from humans due to health hazards that might result some fatal diseases. In this study, portable near-infrared (NIR) spectrometer combined with multivariate analysis was used detect and quantify milk adulteration. Fresh cow samples were collected eight dairy farms Beijing Hebei province of China. Water, urea, starch goat adulterate at 11 different concentrations. The data driven soft independent modeling class analogy (DD-SIMCA) method employed for qualitative analysis. Partial least squares regression (PLSR) applied statistical the obtained NIR spectral data. results showed DD-SIMCA approach achieved satisfactory classification. By PLSR model, standard error prediction (SEP) values 4.35, 0.34, 4.74 5.56 g/L water, milk, respectively. These demonstrated feasibility reliability spectroscopy total contents investigated adulterants milk. Key words: Portable (NIR)-spectroscopy, adulteration, DD-SIMCA, (PLS) regression.

Novel Application of Near-infrared Spectroscopy and Chemometrics Approach for Detection of Lime Juice Adulteration
The aim of this study is to investigate the novel application of a handheld near infra-red spectrophotometer coupled with classification methodologies as a screening approach in detection of adulterated lime juices. For this purpose, a miniaturized near infra-red spectrophotometer (Tellspec®) in the spectral range of 900–1700 nm was used. Three diffuse reflectance spectra of 31 pure...

متن کاملNondestructive Firmness Estimation of Tomato Fruit Using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy
Today, nondestructive methods are widely used to determine the quality of agricultural products. Meanwhile, visible and near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy is regarded as one of the most widely used methods in the field of quality assessment of agricultural products. In this study, a system was developed to measure the Vis/NIR spectra of tomato fruit samples in the half-transmittance mode of m...
